TRENTON FIRST  | A Plan for Jobs, Homes, Accountability, and Safety.

We need an economy that creates real opportunity for the people who live here, not just those who pass through.

My administration will:

• Attract and retain companies that headquarter in Trenton and commit to hiring local residents
• Create a “Hire Trenton First” incentive program tied to tax benefits and city contracts
• Partner with Mercer County Community College, local schools, and nonprofits to build direct pipelines into high-paying careers in trades, tech, healthcare, clean energy, and logistics
• Expand support for small businesses with grants, technical assistance, and access to capital
• Establish City Hall as a one-stop workforce hub connecting residents to jobs, training, and career advancement

The goal is simple: more Trentonians working in good-paying jobs right here in our city.

SAFETY | Safe Streets Through Prevention, Partnership, and Presence.

Housing is not just about buildings. It is about stability, dignity, and the ability to build a future.

My administration will:

• Implement a $10,000 property tax cap for owner-occupied homes to keep longtime residents in place
• Prioritize Trenton residents and local developers in the sale and redevelopment of city-owned land and abandoned properties
• Provide grants and low-interest financing to help residents become homeowners and fix up properties
• Crack down on slumlords by fully staffing inspections and enforcing housing codes
• Empower and strengthen the rent control board to prevent unfair rent increases
• Bring vacant and abandoned properties back online to increase housing supply and stabilize neighborhoods

As someone who has experienced housing insecurity and now provides affordable housing to families, I know what is at stake. This is personal.

JOBS  |  A More Prosperous Trenton.

Public safety means more than policing. It means investing in people, preventing violence before it happens, and building trust between residents and those sworn to protect them.

My administration will:

• Fully fund and expand Street Teams, including violence interrupters, social workers, and mental health professionals
• Strengthen community policing with incentives for officers to live in Trenton and build real relationships with residents
• Increase pay and promotion opportunities tied to community engagement and service
• Expand programs like ARRIVE Together to ensure mental health calls are handled with care and expertise
• Use data and community input to deploy resources where they are needed most

Safety comes from strong communities. We will invest in both.

HOMES  |   Housing That Is Affordable, Stable, and Built for Our Residents.

Trenton is a city full of talent, history, and potential. But for too long, too many residents have felt locked out of opportunity, burdened by rising costs, and disconnected from a City Hall that should be working for them.

This campaign is built on one simple idea: put Trenton first. That means putting residents first in every decision, every investment, and every outcome.

ACCOUNTABILITY |  Clean City Hall That Works for You.

City Hall should be transparent, efficient, and focused on results. Right now, too many residents feel like they need connections just to get basic services.

My administration will:

• Launch the Trenton Transparency Dashboard so residents can track permits, projects, spending, and timelines in real time
• Reform city operations to eliminate waste, delays, and insider-driven decision making
• Require clear timelines and accountability standards for every department
• Retrain and modernize the city workforce to meet the highest standards of public service
• Ensure that every dollar spent is tied to measurable outcomes for residents

You should not need to know someone to get something done in your own city.

EDUCATION + YOUTH | Building the Next Generation of Trenton Leaders.

Our young people deserve every opportunity to succeed right here in Trenton.

My administration will:

• Expand career and technical education pathways like those at Capital City High School
• Strengthen partnerships that allow students to earn college credits and industry certifications
• Support after-school, summer, and mentorship programs that keep youth engaged and on track
• Invest in safe routes to school and community-based supports for families
• Align city resources with schools and nonprofits to create a seamless system of support for young people

When we invest in our youth, we invest in the future of this city.
